Quality Assurance

Everyone here at F.E. shares the highest level of commitment to the quality of our finished product, from the parts cleaning room to the highest levels of management.

Our Q.A. department was designed to meet the requirements of MIL-I-45208A, with highly trained employees working together with production personnel to ensure the customer's requirements are met.

A measuring tool and equipment calibration system based on MIL-STD-45662, and sampling methods to ANSI / ASQC Z1.4 are employed to ensure the product conformance to customers requirements.

Each order placed with F.E. undergoes:

• Process review
• Gage qualification
• 1st piece inspection before production run
• Continuous monitoring by shop foreman and operator
• In-process inspection by Q.A. personnel
• Final inspection prior to shipment including:
  Complete dimensional
  Visual for appearance and cleanliness
• Material certifications on file and provided with shipment
• SPC data can be provided if necessary
